Aerolink Travels is a flight and travel comparison platform. We aggregate and display prices from third-party airlines and travel providers. We are not an airline, travel agency, or booking agent — all bookings are completed directly with the third-party provider you select.
3. Pricing and Availability
Prices displayed on Aerolink Travels are provided by our travel partners in real time and are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, the final price and availability are confirmed on the provider site at the time of booking.
4. Third-Party Bookings
When you complete a booking through a third-party provider, your contract is with that provider, not Aerolink Travels. The provider terms and conditions, including cancellation and change policies, apply to your booking.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Aerolink Travels only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute our content, interfere with the operation of the platform, or use automated tools to access the service without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Aerolink Travels provides its service on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any errors in pricing or availability displayed by third-party providers, nor for any issues arising from bookings made with those providers, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
